This acacia honey is flavored only with real rose petals. Damask rose petals are steeped in the organic honey. After a few weeks, the honey has absorbed the fragrance and aroma of the roses, and the petals can be removed without leaving any residue. There are no other ingredients or flavorings.
The beekeeper uses acacia honey instead of regular blossom honey because acacia sap doesn't crystallize. This honey remains liquid for a very long time, even at low temperatures.
