This tasty mead is brewed according to a traditional recipe using only flower honey and can be enjoyed at room temperature, with soda splashes or as mulled mead. This mead is also popular with beer drinkers as it can form the basis for mead beer. To make it, mix 2 parts beer with 1 part Viking mead.
