His Eisenfaust mead is sulfite-free (unsulphured) and brewed according to an original medieval recipe. Numerous gold medals at competitions attest to its cult status. As with previous events, there will be ample opportunity to sample the brews of other producers. Among them is \u003cstrong\u003eViking mead\u003c\/strong\u003e from Haithabu, the ancient Viking trading center – now a UNESCO World Heritage Site with a museum.
