Master beekeeper Johann Ecker has been running the Bienothek in Upper Austria for decades, producing exquisite honey varieties in small batches in his manufactory. Among other things, he is the creator of the famous Christkindl honey, which you can also find in the Welthonig webshop before Christmas (if in stock).
With the Einheizer, the beekeeper consciously addresses all those suffering from a cold nose, cold hands, or cold feet. His organic honey is creamed and combined with strong ginger. This honey-ginger mixture really warms up the body. You can feel the warmth spreading through your body from your throat and stomach.
The beekeeper chose creamed honey so that the honey and ginger cannot separate. This ensures a consistently high level of enjoyment from beginning to end.
