Styrian Acacia Honey awarded the seal of approval of the Austrian Beekeepers' Association. The Styrian Provincial Association for Beekeeping operates the Beekeeping Center and a Beekeeping School in Graz. The production of natural honey in compliance with the highest quality standards is a central part of beekeeper training.
Acacia honey has two significant advantages over standard blossom honey and other honey varieties: firstly, it remains liquid for a very long time without crystallizing, and secondly, this honey has no pronounced inherent taste, so it can be used universally.
